Management
Pat has diverse management experience from the Fortune 500 to startups. Here is a smattering of her management experience.
At Eli Lilly, Pat held analyst positions in information technology and internal auditing. She also was the department head of payroll disbursements.
At Eden Systems Corporation, a privately-held software company that she partially owned, Pat led all efforts outside of direct software development. Through Pat's efforts, a multinational German company purchased the entire company.
Next Pat cofounded Monarch Technology Management LLC. The company has evolved from an IT recruiting firm to a website development company operating as Monarch Digital. Pat also took a few years to serve as Director of Adult Ministries at Sunrise Church, overseeing adult education classes, small group activities, and missions.
Pat is now an Internal Auditor for the City of Colorado Springs.
